NCAS maintains Silver TIDE Award for commitment to inclusion

We are delighted to share that we have been granted a Silver Talent Inclusion, Diversity and Equality (TIDE) Award by Onvero again this year.

The TIDE awards celebrate organisations that are making real progress towards creating fair, inclusive, and supportive workplaces. Alongside other leading organisations, NCAS has achieved Silver status, recognising our commitment to embedding equality, diversity, and inclusion in everything we do.

This recognition reflects the steps we have taken over the past year to maintain and nurture our inclusive culture – from how we recruit and support new colleagues, to the opportunities we create for professional development, to our approach to staff wellbeing and engagement.

We scored 78% overall compared with 71% last year, and are in the “Embed” stage of our EDI journey – and part of the way to “Sustain”. That means we’re at stage 4 out of 5. Our top performing areas are wellbeing and belonging, talent management and development, and EDI training. We’ll be striving for Gold status by continuing the great work we’re already doing and by focusing more on our inclusive leadership, values and behaviours, and diversity data monitoring.

Thank you to all our staff and partners who continue to support and champion our efforts towards making NCAS an inclusive, welcoming, and fair place to work.
