We explore the coupled physical and chemical processes that drive the climate system. We develop and use state-of-the-art climate models to investigate how radiation, clouds, convection and ocean eddies influence circulation patterns and climate processes, and the feedbacks between the atmosphere, ocean, land, cryosphere, and biosphere.
